Ben (Property Consultant) and Rosalie (Sales Progressor) made what was a very very quick turnround (at our request) incredibly smooth. Both were very very responsive and accessible throughout. We enquired about a different property and it was Ben's idea to show us the one we eventually chose. He always had a smile on his face and was very relaxed whilst also exceedingly helpful. Rosalie was a true star, always on our side, a creative problem solver and helped massively with a - at times - very unresponsive solicitor. I'm in the process of getting an apartment and I got to know Josh Heard through the Oliver Jaques agency. The real estate market in London is crazy and finding the right apartment that matches your needs can be really difficult. In this sense Josh was absolutely fantastic, despite his numerous clients, he remembered me and my preferences regarding the type of apartment I was looking for (since I had already done a viewing with him). A few days ago he contacted me to tell me that a new identical apartment was available in the same building I was previously looking for.
