Critical: unprofessional, unresponsive Absolutely appalling experience, called them yesterday morning 11am to book a viewing for today at 12pm, received confirmation text/e-mail yesterday (please see attached photos on Google reviews) providing exact address of the flat, turned up on time today and waited in the rain/cold for 10 min but a no show from the agency. Called them to check whether they are running late only for them to say they normally confirm viewings by telephone call to the client 2 hours prior to the booked slot, even if a text/e-mail confirmation was previously sent. There was no call or text whatsoever this morning from when I woke up at 07:30. And the reason the appointment was not going ahead is because the flat was let yesterday evening. They just kept saying sorry that the appointment was cancelled but could not explain why they did not contact me to prevent me from travelling 1hr on the tube and bus to get there. It is absolutely unbelievable that they could not text/e-mail/call (even if it was at 3am!) to notify me of this cancelled appointment especially since most businesses have been communicating/performing transactions in these manner over the past year! Furthermore I had postponed viewing another flat till tomorrow due to this booking. London's property market is obviously highly fast paced and yes flats do get snapped up very quickly but please do not be so unprofessional and waste people's time and risk them potentially missing out on other options like this! If this is the way they treat potential viewers/renters I hate to imagine how they treat people once they have signed their contract & paid their deposit. @Google, where are the minus stars rating please?!?!... Do not rent with them. They lied to my face, made loads of promises until I moved in. They did not even provide a toilet roll holder, you think about everything else. They gave me an unclean apartment, and they want it perfectly clean in return, event though I told them in the beginning that the flat was not clean so I would not clean it before moving out. Make sure everything is in writing and take pictures of every corner of the property as they will lie that it was not unclean when the apartment was handed.... Read more

This company is terrible; no matter how nice the property is, DO NOT use Blue Dwellings!! I cannot stress this enough. We were forced to drop out and lose our holding deposit because of the way we were treated by the agent, Ravi. He was incredibly rude, sarcastic and belittling, demanded the full payment before providing any documentation, and only sent the contract at the very last minute offering little-to-no time to review it. Blue Dwelling are market leaders in HOW NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS! Never has moving house been so stressful!... Read more

It says a lot how every review has been 1 star. DO NOT USE them. Stay well clear of this company. Do not rent property from them. Pushy, rude, aggressive agent with complete disrespect for younger people. They ask for all the money immediately, provide no sound documentation until last minute, struggle to communicate and are incredibly ill-mannered when they do. Even though the properties are nice, the agents tarnish them completely. As a tenant, I'd recommend landlords go elsewhere.... Read more

Tenant. If you were rational, you would know what it meams to receive 1 star from 4 reviewers straight. Extremely lazy and irresponsible for theirwork: never reply proactively unless tenants call urgently if something breaks down or ceiling leaks. I had lived with a broken boiler for 6 months - no heating and lukewarm water in winter. The agent was somehow angry at me. Also irrationally block conversations with the landlord not to reveal their mistakes. If I had been wiser, I would have waited for a few more weeks to find a better agent. Would also like to strongly encourage future landlords to avoid working with this agent if possible.... Read more
