The worse experience you will ever have, their PM department does not exist, you will call and call and no one will respond. Just hope the house you rent has no issues if not you will suffer and still get ignored. RUN AWAY FROM DAVIDSON ESTATE, don’t say I didn’t warn you. P.s, the agent that does the viewing is nice and gets you to write good reviews on here, I did it too but had to come and change it. You better run.

Tried to scam us out of our deposits with frivolous claims like "damaged sofa" and missing items. Fortunately we had videos from when we moved in and when we moved out.
When we asked for evidence of the damage, and pointed out the missing items weren't on the inventory, we suddenly got our money back.
Visited the property on one occasion without giving 24 hours notice for an inspection.
Avoid.

I am having a bad experience with them at the moment. I am renting a house near Reservoir Lake. The property has had a leak in the living room, which they were able to fix but they have not fixed the damp ceiling and it is now full of mould.
The washing machine has been damaged for a month and we have all the clothes unwashed, it is a real disaster, we have called, we have sent mails but the agency is not doing anything to help solve it and the weeks go by without any solution.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for almost 5 years in the UK and nothing has been this bad. The property was not ready for anyone to live in it - I was without hot hotter for three weeks in winter, there were fleas in the flat, heaters didn’t work. The agency didn’t do anything to help and always took way to long for basic things. Wouldn’t recommend.
