Per Westray is the only agency I would trust with my properties. Their approach is always personalised to fit the individual client. The team are the most honest around and will be straight with you on what rental and sales prices can be achieved based on the market, unlike Foxtons or Sterling Ackroyd who upsell you but can rarely achieve what they are promising. We have had good service when we've had maintenance issues and the guys were always helpful with other minor stuff(e.g. help during move in and out). Called in the morning to confirm the viewing, turned up at the property and the agent says - “I’m outside at dalston waiting” when the property is West Hampstead.
