No stars was not possible! Words fail me at the awful customer service. Appointments to see houses must be made days in advance . Even then the staff are less than interested, continuing to talk to other people for 25 minutes without even acknowledging your presence. A guided tour is a less than informative experience. The sales person taking us round disappeared, left to our own devices we gave up and went to Hopkins homes. At least they train their advisers in basic social skills.... Read more

Watch out for freehold hikes in the small print.might make them impossible to sell later . When you visit take thermal imaging camera with you to confirm how well the insulation conforms.... Read more
