Overall, a very good experience with finding a tenant for my property. Bradley and Joanna are knowledgeable, professional and responsive and were most helpful in dealing with a couple of false starts/time wasters. Competitive fees too. Slight delay towards the end as we struggled with a prospective tenant who didn’t fit standard referencing criteria but we got there. Would recommend.

Fantastic service received through Potter’s. Upon trying to find a home to rent with my partner, Potter’s consistently recommended properties to us and eventually, we found our wonderful home. The main reason we used Potters estate agent was because of the friendly almost bespoke service that you receive from them. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond what's expected. They guided us through the sale of our father's property and made it as easy as possible, especially when the purchaser required extra confirmation regarding some issues, Karen was an excellent mediator. Adam is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and the company Owner Bradley was there to help too.

From first looking for a property in the Woodbridge area, Brad set us up with a property that we didn’t look twice at because we thought it wasn’t for us. We looked at it on a whim and fell in love and bought it.
The whole process with buying one of the homes Potters had on the market was so seamless. I was used to dealing with stressed out pushy estate agents, so then dealing with Potters was a breath of fresh air. I used to look forward to the start of the week and having Sally to deal with about any queries. She was always so patient and friendly.

They were very human; and incredibly transparent and helpful when it came to challenges along the way... They were also instrumental in our completing on the purchase on time (despite lots of delays and road bumps up the chain), and they really went well above and beyond at every stage. Beyond offering a wonderfully professional and trusty service, you can really feel the benefits here of a smaller, independent outfit and a close-knit, very human team. Karen, who was our main contact at Potter's, was particularly lovely to deal with... and always made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. We couldn't recommend them more highly!!

We had exhausted many of the local estate agents because they simply did not care or weren't interested.....Then we meet Bradley. On his first visit he calmly explained how he and his business ran and we had finally found the right agent. He listened to what we wanted and done exactly what he said, he and the team would do. He and his team did exactly that, he guided us through all the pandemic with our viewings and finding us the property we were after for our 'ever home'.
The advised us on surveyors and solicitors and the process was effortless

I had the pleasure of purchasing a house through Potters. I had long ago resigned myself to the fact that all estate agents are the same.. but Potters break that mould. They get the basics right. They listen, they respond in a timely and professional way, they are understanding to different circumstances, they keep their promises. This made the experience of purchasing a house as easy as possible. They also offer excellent service. The property had a 3D virtual viewing.. this is simply superb. I could walk through the entire house over and over, every room, every angle, zoom in, zoom out, measure walls.. absolutely first class. They also offered real viewings, which I felt perfectly safe doing as everyone followed all Covid guidelines to the letter. Of course, they also know how to sell houses. They were on top of the process throughout, letting me know what I needed to do, what would happen next, answering any questions I had, and communicating with solicitors to keep everyone on track. A first class service throughout, and very highly recommended.

This being our first house, the staff at Potter's were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. They clearly have a lot of industry experience between them, and were highly professional and knowledgeable when it came to the complex process of the transaction. In spite of such experience, they were humble and accommodating, as you would hope from a small, local, family-run business. They clearly have a sound understanding of the local area, and were also able to offer good recommendations for solicitors. Strongly recommend this business.

We were recommended to Bradley by someone very knowledgeable; it turned out to be a very good recommendation and so we pass it on to others.
The transaction has now completed (very quickly indeed) and, from beginning to end, Bradley was excellent - he knows his stuff, works long hours and his email/door is always open. Both in the small detail and then standing back, overall were very pleased indeed.
My wife had the face-to-face dealings and it was her matter, I dealt with emails. She feels the same way - it is just that I happen to be writing this review! Hope this helps someone.

I hadn't come across Potters Estate Agent before, but they advertised a property I was interested in looking at which I did then end up purchasing. From the moment I made the first call it was by far the best experience of buying a property I have had. On the day I enquired I was offered an appointment to view later on in the afternoon that same day. Then from my initial offer to then completing it only took just 33 days! It was an exceptional experience and Bradley really helped the whole process along. Highly recommended.
