We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible. We have been really pleased with our dealings with Clarke & Simpson, Framlingham, and would highly recommend them.

Clarke and Simpson have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our home. Every contact has been absolutely spot on from the whole team. Always quick, efficient and friendly. We've been given some excellent advice on all sorts of things related to the sale and move, way beyond what we would have expected. I'm almost 60 now and Clarke and Simpson are easily the best agent we have ever dealt with - highly recommended without any hesitation.

Having dealt with Clarke & Simpson in relation to a couple of purchases and a sale in recent years, I have found them to be atypical compared to most other estate agents, which seem to operate with a general approach of smarm and smokescreens. I found Clarke & Simpson to be transparent and honest, on the whole.
While the transaction was far from smooth due to external parties, the support and compassion shown by Oliver in the Framlingham office is to be commended and I would happily use them in a future transaction, be it a sale or a purchase.
