Tom was very attentive and helpful throughout what ended up being quite a difficult transaction. But I would highly recommend using him in future.
Buying a home was a lot less stressful thanks to Peter Ogilvie at Savills in Ipswich. He was friendly, genuinely so, and incredibly helpful when needed as well as full of good advice about the process and the area. It made the process considerably easier to deal with.
Big thanks to Jemma for all the help and advise you gave my husband and I on resolving the issue with our difficult tenants. All your time and attention was greatly appreciated and we definitely feel fully prepared for the process that is to follow. We will most certainly be using Penningtons when our property becomes vacant.
Terrible service. Lovely when we moved in, it’s now been two weeks since we handed over our keys to move out and we are still yet to hear anything. Constantly trying to contact the lady who deals with it who is conveniently never available to talk to us. Absolutely ridiculously low levels of communication. Seems as though they are only interested when selling or letting a property, and not the after care when exiting. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.
Rosa was the perfect mix of professional, responsive and engaging. We were able to take advantage of her and her colleagues' local knowledge and it's a big help that the sales and lettings team sit together as Helen on the lettings side was on hand to answer questions about potential rental yield. Amongst the best of the agents we met during our whistle stop house search in East Anglia.
Unfortunately have to agree with everything in Ed Christopher's review which is absolutely spot on!. As tenants they do let the landlord run riot all over you, in my case also violate your GDPR rights and try to withhold deposit and generally just lie to your face on house inspections. They will come up with not-managed excuse but they should at least have the decency to tell landlords what is and isn't acceptable. Had to take the matter to TDS to get the deposit back, where their claim was thrown out as betterment. This was after 5.5 years of the rent always paid on time, huge cleaning bills and maintenance done mainly by ourselves.
I think it has a brilliant system of running things and the people who work there are very kind.
Many of the working staff at TW Gaze seem to have an obnoxious attitude of entitlement, and only begrudgingly will offer assistance to customers. The are completely uninterested in providing any decent level of customer service. On many occasions, I have observed auction room staff spending most of their time chatting with colleagues and customers who are their friends, and the average punter will receive filthy looks when they interrupt to try to collect their goods or ask a question. Many staff have a haughty, aloof and entirely unfriendly attitude –as if they are the proprietors of the valuable goods they sell, rather than just low-paid auction-house employees. It is so annoying to spend considerable amounts of money, plus the hefty commissions taken from both buyers and sellers, only to be so poorly treated by rude staff in the administration office and especially in the auction halls. I give this business ZERO stars for poor customer service.
We dealt with Fenn Wright in Kesgrave (selling and buying) and our house purchase has been a long drawn out 5 month process due to unforeseen circumstances.
However, we absolutely cannot fault Fenn Wright. Sophie especially has been brilliant and always kept us in the loop.
Sophie went above and beyond to help us at every stage. We are now very close to completion and the service Sophie and Fenn Wright have provided has been no less than fantastic.
Definitely recommend using these guys!
Cheerful and do provide feedback but not sold our property in three months
