Nice houses but they forgot the connecting alleys between them and around the flat's buildings...
Their new courts at Escelie Way are a disgrace, bins enclosures are right outside the buildings entrances, very very ugly view...
And don`t try to hang something heavy on the walls of this houses, they are made from OSB, placated with bricks on the outside... And they want £250 k for them too...

My biggest issue with Persimmon in this location is about selling house on 'lease' and not free hold. Obviously, house prices are high and with lease it feel very unjust. Unfortunately, there is no real competition between house builders in this country and all house builders try to find every possible way to squeeze house buyers. Could you imagine a company putting aside about a billion pound for management bonuses - where is all this money coming from? For God sake, sell house on free hold, so people who have spent fortune feel some satisfaction.
