If you think all estate agents are the same then think again! My brother and I decided to market my late Mother's house and so we had a few agents round. They all seemed pleasant enough but Philip stood out with his whole attitude and empathy towards us and the emotionally difficult process of selling the house that had been our parents home since 1996. He also promised to handle the whole process personally from start to finish and so we decided to market the house with him. And Philip was as good as his word. From the outset he was different (in a good way) - from his bright professional personality, to his wording of the advert, to the great idea of the way he took some of the pictures, to the fact that we could speak to him at any time we wanted. On the rare occasions he wasn't available he rang us back very quickly. The house sold in under 4 weeks and for the full asking price - who could ask for more? Philip personally dealt with every stage of the sale and was immediately on top of any queries that came up. If all estate agents were like Philip then the world would be a better place!
