7th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We are glad that we chose Hamptons Estate Agents in Alton to sell our property, as from the off they showed that they were professional and prepared to be fully engaged in supporting us through the process. From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend the team at Hamptons.

10th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend if looking to rent we had a issue our end and sadly failed the checks because of a unlawful ccj from 4years ago that was settled and the insurance never removed the ccj by accident and they wouldn’t even give a a week to resolve the issue after finding out what it was a day later we are now homless

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

We had our photos done Wednesday; went live Thursday morning, 3 viewings on the Saturday and we have just agreed a sale. Constant updates and by far the best agents for the job. I received the the regular automatic emails, but not much communication beyond that. I didn't even get feedback on the third viewing. The people I did speak to were friendly and professional, and did get moving quickly in the beginning.

9th Oct 2024 (3 days ago)I want to start by saying I had the BEST experience with Slyvia (and Matteo) when finding a place. I had a short one week period to find a place and Slyvia sprang into action by listening to my needs/wants and instantly searched to find a property that would suit me best. A lot of agents throw listings at you hoping one sticks, where here they take the time to show you what you're looking for rather than wasting your time all over London. The team was exceptionally communicative, willingly walked me throughly through the odds and ends of the process and gave a comfort that most agencies don’t give. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Marsh and Parsons North Kensington Office!!
