I used Knight Frank to sell my father's flat in Marylebone. I interviewed three companies and was the most impressed with Ali Matthews and Daniel Sugarman at Knight Frank. It took awhile to sell my father's flat, but not because of Knight Frank. They worked really hard to sell the flat and were excellent communicators throughout. I started with Ali as my first contact. She was just the right combination of shrewd and savvy (what you want in an estate agent) without verging on ruthless and unscrupulous (which one can find in the industry). We remained on the same wavelength through quite a few ups and downs in offers and withdrawals. Then, when Ali went on maternity leave, she handed over to Daniel who was also excellent. Daniel was always positive and empathic without being unrealistic. He was a delight to work with and constantly updating me without me having to chase. I would highly recommend Knight Frank and those two negotiators in particular.
