Sarah,Adam and Allie have been brilliant. They sold our property at an excellent price were very supportive all the way through and were just fantastic. If I was selling a property I would not hesitate in using Pinks they know the local area they are brilliant at Marketing and the great thing is you can hold of them not like these on line agents where once they have your money they are not bothered any more. Where to start with this review as Pinks have simply been amazing from start to finish in the sale of my property. They dealt with my very difficult buyers on my behalf and assisted me in everything I asked of them. My property sold within 5 days and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Communication was excellent all the way through, the photos and description was on the website and subsequent sites was brilliant...not sure I can say anymore really but, a massive thank you to Sarah and Ali who helped me so much and made what was a very difficult situation slightly more easy to deal with.... Decided to use Pinks Homes as a local estate agent rather than one of the larger agents. Very quick to turn an appointment around for an honest valuation. Went on website before photos were taken and had viewers and a few offers before formally on the market! Really liked the automated communication updates with viewing appointments and feedback rather than receiving a number of phone calls. Pinks Homes are fantastic. From start to finish the entire process was flawless. Adam, Sarah and the team could not do enough for us throughout. Sarah's negotiation skills are second-to-none . . . her advice and professionalism were incredibly beneficial to us at what can be an incredibly stressful time. We paid a fixed-fee for the service which we received and probably paid half of what we would have paid to a so called 'big firm' who would not have been so attentive to detail.
