Our property has recently been let through Blundells Hillsborough. It was ONLY TEN DAYS from dropping the keys in to branch (Helen Marsh), and the new tenant moving in. From the outset, they were extremely professional and whether it be a problem with the property or getting new tenants, they are extremely efficient and always personable. Not overtly impressed. With the COVID situation they were short of staff and hardly ever kept us in the loop as to what was happening. Eventually after almost 9 weeks had no success in selling the property, even though similar properties were selling left and and right in the area. Feels like we wasted our time and missed out on the market surge! Back to square one again.

I have sold and purchased many if houses with Blundells in the last 20 years...I've asked them to value my home in sadly a separation...understandingly they have explained with covid the cannot personally inspect the property but happy to give an on line valuation...I've sent them photos etc..so they can give an valuation
..for months I've been asking for this Months...telephone and emails with promises but still nothing...I now feel sadly Blundells aren't about looking after that faithful customer but sadly feel it's all about what they earn...I'm deeply saddened to be writing this review.

Lucy Milburn, our sales negotiator has been fantastic from the start. She viewed our house with the branch manager the day we signed with Blundells which was a nice touch and allowed Lucy to see the property in person and ask questions, given she would be the first contact from a perspective buyer it allowed her to give a first hand experience of the property. She also took time out to go through all the photo's with us and decide which would go on the website.
Lucy is proactive, extremely professional, calm under pressure (we kept up a daily conversation with her), likeable, wants to do the best for her client, and gives an air of reassurance in her communications (both written and verbal).
We sold our house within 5 days, which is down to Lucy and her drive and dedication.
