We were impressed from the start with Hunters, the valuer came in measured each room as she walked round and came up with what we thought was an accurate valuation. Whilst the cost to sell your house through Hunters may not the cheapest you have to look at the value what you get for your money, Photographer included (who was great) marketing the property on all property websites, attending the property to show round prospective buyers at a time to suite you. Providing you with good information/tips on how best to present your home for selling and assisting with and liaising with solicitors. Our house sold in 3 weeks. ... Read more

Not a great experience with Hunters Hillsborough. Despite putting in an offer on a house, they didn't communicate with us. They needed constant pestering and chasing to get any feedback, and this led to increased frustration. Others may have a better experience, but I'd say if you want any sense of building a relationship to feel that all parties are getting the best out of the deal, stay clear. It felt like we were playing a game with the estate agents and the vendor, where everything was 'hush hush', in spite of us trying to be honest and open about our situation. Maybe once bitten, twice shy on our side.... I'll be trying as far as possible to stay away from Hunter's marketed properties when buying, to be honest.... Read more
