As to the reply below, I was emailed that I would get an update close of day today 18.09.2024. I rang up and was told a person put down a holding fee, so no there was no miscommunication nor was I told a couple of days, saw the property last week mid week so I gave it a few days. So thank you for the reply, however I was told that someone had put a holding fee down and was also told if they do no proceed within a week can then told about it to try again, only when I called up about the AD. So you have been misinformed of the information I have been given.
Awful customer service, put an application in and told you'll be updated. Not only are you not updated but you are then lied to. Instead of having the common decency to tell you whether or not your successful you have to find out by the ad being removed. If this is how they handle vetting processes I would hate to think how they actually manage the properties, say for instance you needed repairs. Truly upsetting doesn't begin to describe how this is. I am appalled at how the Agent handled this and hope no one else has to go through that kind of jumping through hoops for a simple answer, do not string people along just because you can't give someone upsetting news. I would have been fine being told sorry you are unsuccessful but to have no information and to find out via the ad being taken down is appalling

Only putting 1 star as I can't put zero, after a meeting with the agent today who's name is Violet, which has taken over my property, she told us that our rent is going up but didn't tell what to when asked, she had no sympathy when I told her I would have to sell my car to make any payment, and as a disabled person I heavily rely on my car, she claims that if no further payments were made ontime then bailifs would be round in 2 weeks, she had the rudest attitude I have ever seen, she told us that we would either have to get used to how things are now done or get out, our old estate agents were happy for us to change the date our rent is due to make rent fall on a date after we get paid, but plotways wont help at all and want it paid earlier, avoid these guys like the plague.
Update: a couple of months have passed since Violet has visited, and still nothing has been done to our flat, we have loads of mould, massive cracks in the ceiling and windows that cant be locked which means the property can be easily broken into, Violet knew about all these, and isn't bothered

I can not recommend Kiefer enough, he was fantastic throughout the process of selling my home. He was understanding on my situation and would respond to messages even out of working hours. He went absolutely above and beyond for us to ensure we sold our property. Kiefer even helped in his own time to move my ex husband because the buyers were threatening to pull out if we didn’t move in such short notice. That is what you call service, it was most definitely a 5* service and I would also like to thank Violet for offering my ex husband the loan of her van to ensure the sale went ahead.

What I find with Plotway and more to the point Violet is that she is very hands on in the process and will continue with that work ethic the length of the tenancy. Situations or problems will always occur and with Violet I have the convidenance that any situation can and will be dealt.
In short violet will treat your property like it is her own...that's rare.

Unfortunately the house I purchased was not through Plotway - however this was nothing to do with the fantastic service provided but more due to the house being with another estate agent.
Dealing with Kiefer was a pleasure, very helpful, informative and took the time to call back (when arranged) with updates.
Good estate agents are few and far between, I certainly will be dealing with Kiefer again!

Apologetic but didn’t change the outcome . I lost the chance of putting a offer on a house due to not getting a call back . If they had responded as Expected , I would of viewed on the weekend and had the chance to get the property . Polite and apologetic but as mentioned before it didn’t help the outcome .
