Excellent service and attention to customer service from Tyler Johnson,i recently sold a property on Boston Lincolnshire through Bairstow Eves in Boston, the house was sold with tenant in situ as the lettings department of Bairstow Eves had managed my property since 2008 so was happy for them to sell my house, as a property developer i get very dismayed with Estate and letting agent customer service on a personal level in these days of everything done online SO to have the professional and personal outstanding service from Tyler Johnson at this was branch was just amazing, he went over and above in constant contact with mine and the buyers Solicitors and making sure the buyer understood all that was going on spending his time with the buyer on a 1 to 1 in person by email and on the telephone, my weekly (sometimes more!) contact with Tyler was something i looked forward to as always professional and always happy!! something rare these days indeed, Tyler is a credit to his company and his personal high standards with in his role, i only wish other agents had the same commitment and drive, well done Tyler and a massive thank you from me you are the best, many thanks from Keith Elliott

I would give zero stars if I could. Supplied a poor tenant and don't take responsibility. If you have a problem with them they just hide behind being part or "Countrywide" which is a large out of touch estate agent group. They are super quick to take the money and then add fees that are in the small print along with other needless items like automatically changing the services to OVO who are even more useless and the only reason for this can be to further feather their nest. If you wish to complain you have to simply wait for their internal "complaints" team to review a complaint and this takes 15 days to respond! I am currently seeking damages and am not prepared to listen to any more of there rubbish or conform to how they wish me to proceed.

Bairstow Eves are part of Countrywide Property group and they are just so out of touch. Get their money 1st and leave issues to you. Very inflexible and if you have issues you then have to conform with their "complaints procedure" and this can't be waivered from. When choosing an agent i urge you to challenge them to prove what they will do when things go wrong as this agent is simply only interested in getting the next property on the Market. Currently seeking damages for poor service and supplying a tenant that was not fit for purpose.

Excellent service from Ola and Morgan took a while due to a buyer pulling out at the last minute but they found another buyer and got things moving again quickly . Just one criticism do not use there preferred solicitors Talbot Law just google them and read the reviews ,unfortunately I still have to deal with them on Monday morning after the sale went through on the Friday due to my funds not being paid into my bank account they truly are shocking .

If I have one criticism and a piece of advice do not use their preferred solicitors “Talbot law” very unprofessional and unfortunately I still have to deal with them again on Monday morning after the sale went through on Friday because they haven’t released my funds so be warned

My partner recently left a property in immaculate condition. It took them nearly four weeks to offer her a nominal amount of her deposit back. Most of the claims they made they couldn't back up. Tried to claim the carpets were 'grubby' after my partner paid to have them professionally cleaned. They said the cream carpets were stained, even though the inventory photos clearly show the same exact shadows.
If zero stars was an option, I'd give them that. No wonder estate agents have such a bad reputation. It's probably all going towards their Christmas party fund.

When I needed a valuation for a property in Chapel st Leonards, I found Bairstow Eves online. The Skegness branch had been closed,but Boston had taken over. The call I made was answered by Jess Bell, who straight away made the process really pain free.She listened to what I needed ,and although i wasnt selling immediately this wasnt a problem in providing a guide to the value of the house. 24hrs later I received the information I needed. All this done in a veryfriendly ,efficient way.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jess and Bairstow Eves if you need any assistance with buying or selling a house.
It was even more important for me to have help as I live 140 miles away and needed the info quickly.

We have recently purchased a house where Bairstow Eves were the acting agent for the vendor. All the staff at the office have been excellent, right from the first contact to arrange a viewing to the handover of the keys on completion, even then there were follow up calls to ensure everything was ok. They even arranged for a carpet fitter to gain access to the house to measure up before completion. They have been polite, professional and proactive throughout the process, the people we dealt with were, Amy, Jess and Ellie. As a professional landlord I have absolutely no hesitation in most highly recommending Barstow eves and most especially lettings manager Joanna Hudson. Massive thanks to L.Richardson at the Boston Branch for assisting me with my purchase. Couldn't recommend her and her team enough. So kind, friendly, helpful and patient with me especially when the first property I was interested in were dragging their feet in the negotiating stage but they kept going and kept me informed either by phone or email about everything. When I finally found a house they again kept me informed with everything that was happening and were so helpful.
On day of completion and when it come to the collection of keys, due to me not be able to drive, the team even offered to meet me else where to make matters easier (luckily I managed to sort things).
