Claire valued our property, she was pleasant and professional - we didn’t feel under any pressure. The sale was predominantly handled by Chloe, she was always available the same day of me contacting her, she went above and beyond and would make calls to hurry the process along. The sale was agreed in June and we’d moved out by October, and that was with holdups from our solicitor. If Chloe was on leave or out of office, she would have left our file up to date. This meant the other staff could help and they did. Absolutely cannot recommend Fairweather’s highly enough.

Our dealings with Fairweather's Estate Agents, and in particular Sophie have been extremely positive. From our first viewing of a property back in November 2023 through to completion and our move-in in April 2024 Sophie has always been there.
Fairweather's worked closely with our conveyancer, and in fact the agent selling our property and together they made a real difference.
In fact, even after we moved in Sophie has offered support and help whenever needed and continues to do so..
Moving is stressful, chaotic, and can be unpleasant at times. The whole team at Fairweather's has made 'this' move actually quite enjoyable and we'd have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Claire greeted me like an old friend and got the process underway very professionally in what was a difficult time for me. Chloe took over the day to day contact, arranging viewings and following them up. We had a buyer in less than 2 weeks and the service we received from Chloe was outstanding. From the moment stepping through the Estate Agents door we were welcomed with a smile from Claire. We were undecided as whether to put our property on the market, but after being given sound advice from Claire and Hayden we were pleased that we did, and certainly chose the right Estate Agent.
We were treated with respect at all times from everyone. Chloe was absolutely fantastic through the whole of the sale. She was very professional, kept us fully informed every week, she was honest, and if she said she would do something she did. Emails were answered straight away. She was always chasing solicitors for up to date reports. When she rang, she always had the most cheery voice, and was very enthusiastic. She never failed to ask how we were which was a lovely touch. When we went into the office we were treated as friends.. The whole team took a lot of pressure off us, especially by giving recommendations of Surveyors, removal firms etc.

We highly recommend Fairweather’s based in Boston if anyone is looking for an estate agent. They have been remarkable since I phoned and spoke to the lovely Sophie while searching for a property closer to schools. She truly is the loveliest lady, and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe then showed us around a beautiful property that was perfect for us; Chloe was brilliant! And so lovely to our children! Chloe and Sophie continuously chased up all solicitors and estate agents in the chain to ensure there was progress made each week. Chloe would then phone us weekly, updating us on everything. Chloe went above and beyond for us, arranging extra viewings for our child to view the property to adjust to the new place gradually, and even cleared out the big pile of rotten wood & rubbish that had been dumped in the garden so our little ones wouldn’t get hurt on in when we moved in!
The team here really are so much more than your average estate agency! This was our 3rd purchase, and we have never received such service from any agency like this one!!!

From the first phone call to list our house Claire was ‘on it’, professional yet warm and friendly. Claire has a knack for seeing beyond bricks and mortar; she sees the home and presents it as such in the sales particulars.
Within 48 hours we had our sale. Chloe took over from this point, she was super attentive and kept us up to date on all stages of our house sale.
When Chloe wasn’t available the copious notes meant any team member could pick up the ball and run with it.

I have just bought a property through Fairweather estate agents and I could not be more happier with their service. I had regular updates from Jade (Who often knew more than the solicitors of both parties) and all of my questions were either answered straight away or within the same day. I often spoke to the other team members during the sales process, and must say that each and everyone of them were polite, professional and responsive. They obviously take a great deal of pride in their work, and so for me, this has to be the best Estate Agents in the UK.
