James was particularly great - really responsive and helpful. Viewings were arranged easily and once the sale was agreed, it all went smoothly thanks to the team.

He matched the property to my requirements, phoned after the viewing to see how I got on, followed up with messages on a weekend he wasn't working and his actions have allowed me to secure a property within less than 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication and fast acting sending memos. Really impressed!

From first viewing, thank you Zoe, to picking up the keys, we were very well looked after and felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was especially useful to be kept informed of the sale as it was going through, thank you Danielle. Knowing that Willsons are still there for you even after the sale has gone through is a great comfort when you are new to the area too. Their professionalism made what can be a stressful process, feel smooth and well-managed. Communication was clear and consistent throughout and we were kept informed at every stage. Thanks to their dedication and their expertise, we felt confident we were in safe hands. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
29th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attitudes of all of the staff at Fairweather Estate Agents, throughout the whole house selling process. We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Aspire. From the outset, communication was extremely poor — feedback requests were often ignored or responded to far too late to be useful. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. What frustrated me most was their clear lack of understanding of my needs. Despite explaining our requirements multiple times, they repeatedly suggested unsuitable options, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. To make matters worse, our property was marketed incorrectly, with listing agents not having a clue about anything that house had to offer.... that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of attention. This not only misrepresented the property but also wasted potential buyers’ time. Overall, the agents came across as inexperienced and somewhat clueless, lacking both attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a smooth or competent estate agency experience.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

The whole team is very professional, keeps you fully updated, and is always friendly and happy to help with anything. Carson in particular went above and beyond to help us secure our dream property. He was extremely flexible with viewings and consistently willing to assist in any way he could. We couldn’t have asked for more. I would 100% recommend Pennells.

Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
