9th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

Nathaniel who valued the property was extreamly professional, knowledgeable of the market and helpful. Katrina who handled the sale of my property provided excelent friendly service and communication throughout the whole process.. The team managed to get me a quick sale in what is a tricky market at present. Very impressed and highly recommend them.

We sold our house with Ark in just few weeks from it being advertised, vs 6 months with another agency (who only did 2 viewings within that time!). Special shout out to Eddy for the initial valuation and support, Toby and Matt for the viewings and Lauren for keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. I’ve never worked with such a great and dedicated team ????

27th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend you DO NOT use this agent, I bought a refurb and Mr Drury was site manager, he made so many promises that the property would have all faults, ie all on a snagging list done and property would be immaculate when I moved in, that the new bath and tiling I paid extra for would be installed to a high specification. The property including windows were disgustingly dirty, paint drips everywhere, in fact all exterior and interior of property needs to be re decorated. No faults discussed were seen to and bath has a hole filled with silicone sealant trying to conceal the damage that has been done, bath panel has been fitted upside down, tile grouting done poorly and tiles have moved down wall and silicone around bath shabby with a gap all round for water to go behind bath. No loft installation. Radiator brackets not fitted properly throughout house so much so a radiator came off wall along with part of the wall. Two windows not fitted properly, front door leaking, Skirting boards not mitred the list goes on... Do not believe a word this man says, totally untrustworthy, ignorant, rude and arrogant. Don't make the same mistake I did, check and check again before buying any of his refurbished properties
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
2nd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Other than a very polite young man named Will Tapley, who is a credit to his role and is aIot better than the company he his working for, i have nothing but bad things to report unfortunately from pridea lettings. Moving into the property was simple enough, but a broken window on the property was never fixed despite many requests. Moving out of the property if you are not present for the inventory they will take a lot of money from your deposit. Cleaned the house, deep cleaned the appliances and still charged an extortionate amount for cleaning and repairs, which when pressed on they could not produce invoice reports to back up their claims. Strongly recommend you avoid this company.

Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe and was always supportive and answered all my questions. Also Hayden thankyou for your support answering the technical questions to the solicitor you’re a star and also Sophie thankyou for showing us houses and supporting us through the sale with viewings etc. we have sold a couple of houses now with these guys and they are always so nice and helpful we are not the easiest of clients to have so thankyou guys for everything

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.

They always got back to me, either by email or phone, they helped with solicitor's queries when I didn't understand. They constantly chased the buyer when things seem to fall quiet. I have no problem recommending them, bigging them up, supportive, efficient. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful things and they made it a whole lot easier. If Carlsberg did Estate Agents!
