We chose to work with Prestige Homes because they promised us exactly what we needed, which at the time was a more discrete service and a more personable relationship with an agent or an individual at a particular agent. What we received was what seemed like a round-the-clock (7 days a week) service from the owner director. Laurie more or less ran the whole process himself with the utmost discretion and professionalism, allowing us to move very locally without people knowing our business. Our exact request! Knowing that a company like this exists makes life a lot easier in the future should we be wanting to move ever again (hopefully not mind you!). Prestige Homes comes very highly recommended from both of us and the new owners of our cottage whom I’m sure will be reviewing separately because, like us, they were thrilled with the level of service provided and the constant feedback throughout the 4.5 month process. Thank you very much again to Prestige Homes, specifically to Laurie. You are an asset to your industry and most certainly have not played the role of the stereotypical estate agent. Thank god! We have just received a real first class service from Laurie and Stephen at Prestige Homes. Everything was first class, from initial contact all the way through the process. There was nothing we could fault and not even any constructive criticism, everything was perfect. We have also just used their affiliated estate agent Hamilton Piers (again!) to purchase a buy to let property. The service was very good as well.... Read more

We were recommended to use Prestige Homes by Hamilton Piers. We used them not that long ago with our own move and they were brilliant, so we went with their recommendation on the promise that the director would oversee things. In my opinion Prestige Homes offered equally as good customer service as Hamilton Piers but their photography and the fact they marketed my mum and dad’s home without going onto any of the websites was very impressive for a property of that size. The brochure they completed for was stunning too and we will cherish it forever to remind us of our family home. We will always recommend Hamilton Piers but if anyone has a larger property Prestige Homes are an excellent choice and the service is impeccable.... Read more

We were originally due to start marketing our home with hamilton piers but we were happy to go with prestige homes because although the fees were the same they did include professional photography for free and were happy to market without going on all of the websites. They were very good and put in a lot of effort. Will use again.... Read more

Very poor attitude/service, very argumentative when challenged, their adverts contain false information about properties locations claiming they are in more expensive areas than they actually are in order to up-sell properties. Best avoided.... Read more

I don’t review businesses often and wouldn’t have considered it to be perfectly honest should I have not been asked but I wanted to show some support for Prestige Homes because I can see their vision and agree that homes like my own need more than an estate agent promising you everything under the sun and insisting you sign a 25 week contract for “your own benefit”, and then not even having the decency to return your calls. Because of this I have had no choice but to take my house off the market and wait another 11 weeks until I can market with prestige homes. The other attraction with them is no upfront costs, unlike the £695.00 I had to pay and will now not see again. I just wish I had called prestige homes 3 months ago. Anyway in the meantime I leave you this positive feedback because of the honesty I had from you earlier today, with the confidence that when you are my agent you will continue in the same fashion.
