Nathan in Lettings has been fantastic.
We had a couple of issues over the months we looked to move, Nathan/Lucy were both very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process.

Finding the right mortgage advisor is a daunting experience but working with Nicholas Cownden has completely changed that experience for me. Nicholas possesses a deep understanding of the mortgage market. He clearly explained the different mortgage options available, patiently answering all my questions, even the most basic ones. I never felt rushed or pressured.
Nicholas was always readily available to answer my queries, keeping me informed every step of the way and proactively provided updates and explanations, ensuring I felt comfortable and in control throughout the entire process. We were initially lied to to encourage us to increase our offer and when we did, told we need to increase it further. Another branch had to step in to mediate. Now over a month into a purchase we have found that the parking that was advertised with the property is not registered on the land register. Despite numerous phone calls to try and sort it, no one rang back. We have now withdrawn from the purchase and the house has been relisted - still with that parking advertised. Beware!

William H Brown have been phenomenal estate agents, they helped us through the entire process of our first house purchase. Had it not been for them, I am sure we would not have completed, as our solicitors were not the easiest to deal with and without the help from the sales progression team at William H Brown, we'd likely still be waiting to exchange.
Their mortgage services are quite a bit more expensive than all others we had come across - but the service we received was very good.

They helped me and my family to find a great home. We know dealing with agents when you have a disability is not easy. However, that was not the case with them, the humanity and professionalism they showed have exceeded all my expectations. I can not Thank them enough and I hope all the agents can be like that.
Lucy Standford did our contract and calmly explained to us anything we asked for, also Nathan was very helpful.
We highly recommend them and certainly we will use them whenever we will need.
