During the buying and selling of our property we dealt with many people. Solicitors, Sale's reps, Financial Advisors etc etc... Throughout this process James of Centurion Braintree was the most professional and most helpful of all of them. Thank you James.

Wouldn’t recommend. We were first time buyers and the lack of communication between centurion and us I believe was shocking!
As we were first time buyer we didn’t know what to expect and after talking to other people soon become apparent we have just been left.
The only updates we got were from the people who we were buying from. Even the date of completion!!!

My partner and I lived in Braintree for 3 years up until May this year. For a majority of that time, we lived in a one-bedroom ground floor apartment which we found through another letting agent (Boydens), who we were not satisfied with as a letting agent. Fortunately, during our tenancy, the property was transferred over to Centurion.

Centurion were a breath of fresh air compared to Boydens. Due to a fault in the apartment above ours, our flat was temporarily flooded. Centurion were able to take action on this in a timely manner, were always friendly and professional, and we felt that they were keeping on-top of our issue. James and Lee were great and responded to any communication we had with them immediately.

Due to a change in personal circumstances, my partner and I had to relocate and couldn't use Centurion again. However, we would both strongly recommend anyone who's moving to Braintree to use these guys.

Lee and James are the most helpful agents that you can find. They should franchise the method. With a vast wealth of knowledge they will provide pragmatic, quick and useful responses 10 out of10 times that you approach to them. In nearly 5 years that I have been working with them never let me down. They are honest, reliable and ready to manage any situation with professionalism and kindness. I would not doubt in recommend them to anyone who is looking for trustworthy estate agents.
