My experience with Prestigious Property and specifically Aman has been second to none. The greatest landlord I’ve ever dealt with. From organising a viewing, handover of property, prompt responses and being so easy to contact throughout the tenancy (2 years). The whole process and journey as a client has been seamless. I’d like to recommend Aman Sidhu from Prestigious Property 2 West Ruislip Station, Ickenham Road, Ruislip HA4 7DW. Aman has an extensive amount of knowledge and is well suited to this profession. Aman was also very helpful in recommending others as in tradesmen. We first saw our house and decided to buy it in January of 2020 and low and behold COVID hit. It was a difficult time to say the least, however, Aman remained professional and kept communication open even when we felt like we were going around in circles - COVID and lockdown affected surveys being done and delayed us setting a completion date. I would highly recommend prestigious properties from the start they was so responsive and accommodating. I called and managed to get a viewing the very next day. Me and my partner have never rented before and this is our first home together and was a bit apprehensive, but Aman was fantastic made everything so easy. All our questions were answered. We had a slight problem with our washing machine once we moved in but Aman sorted it and had an engineer there the same day and a new washing machine has now been ordered. Our first introduction to Prestigious Property Estate Agents was by walking past ruslip station and popped in .We were taken by the sale options offered. After discussion and queries answered we decided to go ahead.Our agent was Aman Sidhu then managed all aspects of getting our house on the market.We were delighted with photographs of our property and with the review written of our home.We had 4 offers within the first 6 viewings which i was really please with. We accepted a offer within 2 weeks of the house being on the market. Even though we had a offer from our first viewing was only fair to let all 6 viewings see the property. Our property being sold so quick was a fantastic result as at that time, the sale of properties in our area was very slow. Best thing was great customer service always helped with any questions or quires and also when delays with solicitors aman was straight on the phone sorting it out for us and the rest of the chain. Unlike other estate agents they where very honest in what we are to expect to sell the property for, so no need to play potential buyers against each other which he also did not encourage , unlike foxtons and few others we experienced that say when someone gives you offer say you have had higher offers. We also ended up buying our new home through prestigious property for this very ethical approach they have. From my experience i can and would highly recommend Prestigious Property to anyone looking for a smooth and professional friendly estate agent with great customer service.... Read more
