If you are renting from them avoid at all cost. Your deposit will be used to refurbish the house or flat you are staying. Left the property super clean but still they were not happy so I offered to clean again. They came back with cost of proffessional cleaners, painters, electrician ????. A friendly advise take a lot photos when you go in because they come back with more photos n property damages which you did not even see at the time of moving in.

Gibson Honey sold us our property and we were really struck by their outstanding service and how ethical their approach was. I dealt with Tommy, who always took the time to make sure we felt informed and was straight with us about where things were when it was time to make an offer (e.g. when we'd need to have our offer in by and that the seller was hoping to accept one soon). This made me feel confident to make a serious offer rather than worrying that we were being played off against other people. When our offer was accepted, there were some delays in moving things forward, and Tommy made sure that the process continued and helped things not break down by keeping both sides reassured and informed. Lydia in the beginning gave me her full attention and understood my requirements. After which she was really quick at helping me identify which house I might like and I must say she was spot on ! She was really polite, patient and pleasant to deal with. Thereafter once the house was selected the case was then forwarded to Bethan Rich, who has been really prompt at addressing all our queries and ensuring the process goes very swiftly. As anybody else, I was anxious with my new move to London but I must say, Gibson Honey really made the process of moving very easy and relieving. The day the government announced that viewings will be open. one of the agents from Gibson Honey took us to the flat we had selected online. They were there before us so we didn't have to wait and everything was handled very professionally and with utmost precaution and hygiene due to covid-19. When we decided to sell our property, we interviewed four local estate agents, investigated the online alternatives and, in the end, chose Gibson Honey to act as our representatives.
My son had previously used Gibson Honey, which contributed to our decision, but what a very good choice this turned out to be. Kevin Gibson and his team, particularly Natalie, were first class.
We originally placed our property on the market in June 2018, but with no sensible offers, we decided to take ourselves off the market in October 2018. We took this decision after guidance and advice from Kevin. There was no pressure to sell cheap or take whatever was being offered, just good sensible and solid advice.
Kevin’s advice was, if you are not sure what to do, do nothing, which is exactly what we did. I have to say, this was something of a surprise as we thought Estate Agents would just be concerned about making the sale. This could not have been further from the truth. Kevin put my wife and I, our personal situation and our future at the forefront of everything he did, every piece of advice he gave.
We took our property off the market, saw Christmas and the New Year through and, again, after taking guidance form Kevin, we reduced our asking price slightly and went back on the market in April 2019 finding a perfect buyer in June 2019 and completing in October 2019 which suited all parties in the chain.
Looking back our sale was not straightforward. Apart from the fact that we lived on a main road, the market was in a state of fluctuation caused by the uncertainty over Brexit.
Throughout the entire process, Kevin and his team managed everything, dealing with the viewings and providing good honest feedback from those. When offers were made, Kevin carried out background investigations and then presented all the details to us in a way that allowed us to build a good picture of the offer and just how good that offer was. When we finally agreed on an offer, Kevin dealt with a chain of solicitors, estate agents and various other individuals involved in the sales and purchases all the way through to completion.
Always available, Kevin was brilliant, and Natalie was not far behind but, to be honest, we have dealt with most of the team over the last 15 months and they are all fabulous. Always calm and always willing to take ownership of issues, Kevin communicated everything as it was happening and in terms that we could understand. Always open and honest, everything was transparent, which allowed everyone in the chain to have a clear understanding of what was going on and what needed to happen in order that the chain could complete.
Gibson Honey are a local company. Kevin Gibson is Ruislip through and through and his core principals of transparency and honesty are passed onto his entire team. I cannot recommend Gibson Honey enough.

Exceptional service from these guys as a buyer. I looked at properties from a number of estate agents and GH were the only ones who didn't try to push their own agenda on me, sell unwanted services to me or pressure me into looking at places I didn't want to. Natalie in particular went above and beyond to help me in my search, I felt like I was getting a personal service even though I was the buyer. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

My wife and I talked with several estate agents and chose Gibson Honey for their straightforward approach and promise of a relatively short time to find a buyer. We are absolutely certain we made the right choice. Although we were selling into a weak market, Kevin found a buyer within the promised time and steered the sale to timely completion. Our property was unoccupied throughout the sale period and Kevin, Laura and their team went more than the extra mile to arrange maintenance and repairs, to make regular visits for insurance purposes and to check for any mail delivered for us. Especially important for us as we live overseas is good communication – and it could not have been better. We moved into one of Gibson Honey's Ruislip flats by the end of November 2016.
We can say that we are truly happy with their services (and we know to value them because we've had very bad experiences with other agents and therefore are happy to have someone much more reliable now).
From the very start the service was great. We found an interesting flat online, had a phone conversation with a very helpful staff member, were given the opportunity to view the flat the same day and received all the necessary information about the referencing process.
Later on we promptly received the tenancy agreement, all kinds of information on rental in England, appliance certificates and more. The team are polite, helpful and are always available when we need assistance or have questions. When maintenance work was due or appliances had to be repaired/replaced, this was always done quickly and to our full satisfaction.
We'd like to thank the whole team and especially Bethan Rich for their help and support.

Over the years, we have dealt with many estate agents. Gibson Honey are cut from a unique cloth. They are there to provide a personal touch rather than just add a property to rightmove and wait for the calls. When they found out current home for us, Kevin walked in, knew it matched our requirements and phoned us immediately. The rest is history. We have a rental which Laura has been working with us on. No question is too small and she is always there to lend an ear / dish some advice. While Gibson Honey remain so customer centric and service orientated, I don’t believe we would ever put our faith in another agent in quite the same way.

I procured the services of Gibson Honey for their Letting Management Services. I was really pleased with the service they provided with everything from the initial set up of the letting agreement through to the monthly management of rent collection and any other issues that required attention during the tenancy.
I had a dedicated agent which handled most of the activity, however all members of staff were on hand to lend support when required. Overall service was friendly and honest with great advice available whenever required. All documentation and statements where produced in a timely manner with no inconsistencies or irregularities, making the overall process really easy and hassle free.

Our sale wasn't a smooth process - our first buyer dropped out and the vendors of the house we were buying wanted to put theirs back on the market. We had appointed them to sell our flat and a deal was agreed within a weekends time, with viewing arranged within a day. We were pleased with the sale along with very happy buyer who was full of praises about the service they received from Gibson & Honey, which I would say is unusual from our previous experience of buying !

What a great agent to deal with. I deal with property as I'm an auctioneer but buying a home for myself personally was seeing it from the other side ! I searched with a number of agents and thankfully found my home through Gibson Honey. Basically they were different league. Very easy to deal with, always on the ball and the transaction that could have fallen through due to issues up the chain, were kept together by Kevin and his team. Highly recommend them. There are a number of Internet firms out there offering cheap deals, but I know they will not have the knowledge to keep things together if problems arise. Gibson Honey do.

5 years ago I purchased my flat through Gibson Honey and today I've just completed selling my flat using Gibson Honey. Both times Gibson Honey (and especially Kevin Gibson who has been my main point of contact) have been exceptionally efficient at responding and following up any enquiries that I raised. Neither the sale or the purchase were anywhere near straightforward so I feel lucky to have encountered such a good estate agent. I've always felt that they've been honest with me (you can trust what I say as I'm not an estate agent!).
I will be telling any family or friends selling properties nearby to go with these guys (and I'll definitely be telling them about the bad experiences I've had with some of the other local estate agents!). I don't know how some other companies can get away with charging more for a lesser service. I almost forgot to add that they sold my flat for more than I expected!
