Engaged with Kearns Residential while on the search for a property in West London. I was dealing with Callum and I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure. His customer service is second to none. He is very personable and well suited to his role. Kept in touch and any queries I had about the properties, he was able to answer promptly. Really appreciated his help/knowledge and learned a lot from him as a first time buyer.

We chose KEARNS Residential for the selling of our home as we found them to be not only equally competitive as the larger estate agents, but much more friendly to deal with personally and certainly not ‘pushy’ as some of the others were … Without waxing lyrical, these guys (all of them … you know who you are!), deserve a pat on the back for effort, constant communication, guidance, and ultimately, the sale of our property at a favourable rate …. We have no reservation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their own property … Never mind a 5 star Google rating, have a 10/10 rating from us! … Mr. and Mrs. Boston /Ruislip.

We were grateful for Callum support with the house/bungalow appointments on both occasions of the property that we were investigating and potentially purchasing this property.
