Paul helped in the sale of my aunt's house when she died. As my brother and I, who were executors of her Will live in Devon and Manchester, Paul undertook everything on our behalf. He kept us fully informed at all stages with how the sale was going. He arranged total clearance of the property. He popped into the property every week to check it over as we obviously couldn't do that. Additionally he also arranged for the property to be professionally cleaned. All of this without asking - he offered his full assistance from the first moment. I call that a 5-star, gold star service! Thank you so much Paul for all your help and assistance. Absolute time wasters. I booked a viewing with them at 10.30am. The estate agent was waiting outside the property. I turned up at 10.32am the agent came out from his car to show the porperty, he asked my name and it wasn't which he was expecting so he said he can't show the property. He stayed there idle in his car, he won't show the property to me for 2 mins. He said he had to go elsewhere so why was he even there in the first place? What a thick and stubborn mindset, not sure how their business is surviving. I won't deal with them again neither should anyone. Disgusting!

I went today at 10.32 I had a mask. The agent sat in his black mercedes and won't show me the property and he just stayed there before I came and even after I left. I have no ulterior motive. I am only expressing what I experieced today.I woke up early on a weekend because you did not gave me afternoon times, yet I tried to come to view the property and this is what I was left with - disappointement!
just so you know property was at gants hill crescent and I am not writing this to tarnish your reputation. But you need to learn to be considerate when someone is taking time to come and view a property worth £500k

Estate agents sometimes get very bad write ups I think a little unfairly albeit one can understand that buying and selling can be a stressful time. From what I have heard this is one of the better service providers out there

Professional service with a smile - Paul and his team have sold a couple of properties for us. The first one while we were abroad a good deal of the time, so he had the keys, showed the buyers around and did the whole sell without us being there. Which is why, when it came to the second time, we went back and still got the same service - and, again, we were out of the country when he told us the sale was made. In fact, we've recommended him several times to friends who are selling (or buying) and he's not let us down yet.

Had a guy come round to do a valuation. Stayed maybe 3 minutes - appeared rushed, rude and abrupt. Not really a relationship builder ... Do I want you selling my place - probably not given the plethora of agents to chose from and your minimal perceived value add.
