We moved into a flat at Memorial Heights, and everything was delivered exactly as promised - even while coordinating from overseas. Transparent process, smooth handover, and zero surprises. Truly appreciate the professionalism and commitment.

Poor customer service. I would give zero star if i could. Arranged a viewing with Priyanka from Josh properties who arrived at the viewing and didn't even acknowledge us when we arrived, she was stood outside the property watching her phone.
She wasn't welcoming at all - she let us have a look at the property whilst the current tenants were there. When we asked about parking the tenant said yes there is parking - Priyanka then suddenly interrupted and said no there isn't parking. She then said there isn't parking for this property, but she could get us parking at an extra £90 per month. Rather odd!?!
She then started speaking to the tenant in front of us in another language. EXTREMELY RUDE!
I feel alot of the reviews are fake or friends of the agency as our experience with them was terrible! So terrible its laughable - clearly out to rip us off! Avoid!

I bought our property using Josh properties and from onset they provided a friendly & professional service.
Elam showed us around the property, took time to explain things patiently who seem to have wealth of knowledge in the property industry and market.
Equally Snowfya was keeping me informed via WhatsApp and email about the development step by step, different checks, requirements etc, top marks for her!
I not only ended up buying through Josh properties but also managed to find a good tenant through their tenant sourcing service with whom I’m happy with as tenants.
I am very happy with all the work that went in and will certainly be happy to appoint them again in the future when other opportunities occur as well recommend them to anyone.

Very bad experience. They promise a lot of things but never fulfilled it. They showed a house and I paid holding deposit. They said there is some issues with the gas connection and said will clear it within 10 days. I waited for more than a month and they couldn't fix it. They even collected necessary documents saying that they will fix the issue soon and handover the key. They failed to fix the issue and asked to try some other properties after being waited for a month. They had very poor service as well. I had a very bad experience with them.

I called these for property for rent and these guys are very rude. They don’t have manners to talk and they consider tenants looking for apartments are something beggars. I will never recommend.
I assume you have recorded lines, please check these and then decide.
I said that my income is above this threshold and don’t think you need exact amount but let me know if you need to. Then he started being rude.

If I could give them no stars, I would! These people are clueless and unreliable. I have lost a lot of money because of them. I went through court to sort out the problems they allowed to arise, stupid school errors that could have avoided.

Bad communication. Went early and punctual for a viewing and was told the landlord/tenants were unavailable. Josh properties should have double checked with landlord early morning to confirm but no they did not. They need to communicate at every point so these kinds of issues does not happen.
