Please ladies and gents be aware of this estate agents. They will try to play yourself as well as the buyer to try to achieve more money. They say they will try to get you as much as possible and how confident they are. But when I spoke to the buyer I found out the truth. He owner is miserable, and the lady is a very good liar!
