We bought our lovely home in 2021. Property Rung were brilliant. We were very fortunate that from viewing and putting an offer in to completion and moving in, only took us 6 weeks. If we ever sell we will certainly use Property Rung.

After waiting hours for a reply from a message regarding a viewing for a rental property was told they would contact the landlord and arrange a viewing and that there was five other people interested. After three days waiting for a time had to ring office to be told that it had been let. Then told I had been eighth on list!! Poor customer service.

Would not recommend.. office does not exist the address is for another business, owner is very sly and untrustworthy.

I wholeheartedly recommend Property Rung. I switched to Property Rung after just achieving 1 viewing with Rook Matthews Sayer in 6 months. Property Rung did a wonderful brochure and made excellent suggestions, and we sold after a just a week for the full asking price. Michelle was so attentive to every detail and very quick to respond. She went above and beyond what we expected. Property Rung will be a force to be reckoned with in the North East, and other estate agents should beware. This is estate agency at its very best and for a great price.
