There appears to be some good people there but a largely rude and unprofessional organisation with not the best rep. Investments have severely dipped before the pandemic after transferring from SJ, the charges & fees are shocking and I have already taken steps to move away from this very unprofessional firm.... Absolutely shocking! We invested £20,000 into my wife’s ISA which they invested it into mine by mistake. Their blasé attitude towards THEIR mistake was appalling, stating that we had a joint account so it didn't matter! (We didn't have a joint account and it did matter) After constant phone calls to them, it took nearly 5 months to transfer the money out....... plus they managed to make a loss despite the financial market doing well. Still awaiting a response after complaining. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole Only gave 1 star as it would let me give it zero... Read more
