Robert and Karen were excellent from start to finish. Rob demonstrated a lot of skill and knowledge when valuing my property, both with regards to the condition of the house and the local market.
Red Rooves were the highest of three quotes I received, however, I had significantly more confidence in them to handle my property sale than the other agents I had out, who came across pretty unenthusiastic and disinterested. I was keen to have the Matterport virtual tour as I believe they are one of the best features to stand out against the competition, and Rob did an excellent job with that too with great attention to detail.
My judgement proved right when they found a buyer for my property at asking price without even listing it on the market. They maintained a very attentive and professional service right up to completion.
Highly recommended, I know where to go in future ???? Thank you again to all the team.

My process is ongoing, even though the transaction isn't completed yet, I'm left with no choice but to leave a review as a result of the exemplary service provided by Rob. He's taken care of everything on my behalf & made all the efforts to make this a smooth sailing transaction. It's been a tremendous experience since Day 1 with the amount of time he invested knowing that I may not be a potential customer. The world needs more estate agents like Rob!!!

From the start of the process Rob was brilliant. I called and left some information when I was considering selling a rental property I no longer wanted. My tenant moved out and 1 day later Rob called and asked me to send some pictures over because he might have some interest.
I snapped a few pics and the next day Rob had a buyer with an acceptable offer without even listing it online. The process was difficult due to my property being in a conservation area and an older property, but all’s well that ends well and it sold.
Both Rob and Karen were great and I will be selling my own house through Red Rooves when I move. The value is second to none and you won’t receive a service like it from any other agent who will charge you more and give you much less.

We used Red Rooves to sell our property and were so pleased with the service provided by Rob, a few of our viewers also commented on the great choice of estate agent.
Nothing was too much trouble and he was so responsive throughout the whole process. Kept us fully up to date with any information he had especially nearing the completion with solicitors issues etc.
