Very professional from the start. Good communication with at least weekly updates and provided sound advice. Although unable to sell using the initial valuation, we had interest. Advice to reduce the selling price enabled a sale relatively quickly. I am confident we received a fair offer given the current market conditions.

We hadn’t heard of quealys but I saw a valuation advert on Facebook and decided to give them a try. From the moment I spoke to them I found them friendly and helpful. There wasn’t any pressure which was refreshing. Micheal came to value the house and was very professional. We made the decision to go with them. From start to so far they’ve kept us informed. The viewings were done by them which I preferred.
Would totally recommend to anyone thinking of selling

very good agent, the valuation process was honest,and straigthforward, the photographer did a good job to showcase the house and the online ad was excellent. they did an open house to suit my lifestyle and not had too many days blocked out for viewing so I was very happy

We were delighted with the service we received from Quealy from the initial contact with Rebecca through Dee's valuation and Emmet EPC throughout the sales process we were kept informed all of the time from Rob,Annabelle and Rebecca of the various viewings and finally keeping us updated on the progress through exchange and finally completion all of the time they were thoroughly professional and very proactive we would not hesitate to recommend them!!We are glad we chose them.
