Ben came to see us on Tuesday to check on progress of works that he’d arranged to be carried out at the property. He even went out to get new taps for us on the day because ours had started rusting. It’s always a pleasure to see Ben. He takes great care of the property, is so easy to communicate with directly, especially compared to our previous property manager and he’s always smiling.
