We Brought our forever house recently with these guys and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Firstly I was very nervous of the process of going to look at the houses because previous experience has been not so good with other agents and felt pressured but this is a big shout out to Lee who showed us around several houses, she made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and excited. Lee made the experience relaxed for word go and helped us and talked through all options we could have at each property. When we found the home we loved again Lee was great in dealing with all interactions with seller and kept us informed very well. Once agreed the process was so easy the company was very informative and you never felt any questions was a question to much. When we had made a successful agreement on house again we wanted to pop back serval times for measurements etc again this was never an issue. Equally any time I rang and Lee wasn’t there all members of staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you Hawksford and James and Thank you for the lovely gift box when we picked up the keys it made it that bit more special

Everyone I dealt with at Hawkesford James was extremely friendly and polite. I always felt like I could reach someone if I needed to and the team were pro-active in communicating with everyone involved in the process such as my buyer, solicitors and estate agents.

Hawksford James seems like a tiny little estate agency at first but it stands out from the others because of one gem! Her name is Angela. I cannot praise that lady enough. Had the good fortune to stumble across this Estate Agent to Let out our long standing family home. We found John to be a very honest, practical and humble man. Prompt and professional and proactive.
He came to value our home and explained how they work and answered all of our questions about letting. Although we did have others round beforehand we happily opted for Hawkesford James as they not only felt right but they were not stuck up and did not make us feel insignificant as our house was not a million pound mansion, it is a three bedroom home in Sittingbourne.
We worked with Molly and Will thereafter on the lettings team and they followed our lead but gave us sensible guidance around the next steps and we had our house photography completed and marketed within days.
By the following weekend, viewings were held by Molly and then we sought through the choice of Tennant's with the wise knowledge of her longstanding experience in the lettings field. Thanks Molly!!
The only trouble we had was making a choice between Tennant's because they were such high calibre!
Easy to work with, great communication and a lovely group of people in the team.

I have used Hawksford James to manage my rental property for many years now and would have no hesitation recommending them to other landlords or tenants. All of the staff are professional, friendly and efficient and they seem to have got a really good ability to balance the needs of landlord and tenant fairly.
My main points of contact over the past 18 months or so has been Will who has provided me with an excellent service. Since he joined the company Will has often gone above and beyond dealing with the various little niggles that are part and parcel of being a landlord. His help has been hugely appreciated and as an additional bonus it is always undertaken with a cheery attitude.

Very nice people who were very well meaning and they were always friendly. Putting the property on the market was very straightforward and I never felt under any pressure. There service was a lot more personable than a lot of the larger estate agents that I spoke too.
However once the sale had been agreed, communication could have been improved as either me or my solicitor had to do a lot of chasing to find out information. I often felt as though they didn’t really know how things were progressing throughout the chain.
Overall a reasonable service, but there was definitely room for improvement.
