I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating.
I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient.
Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question.
I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!

Wonderful service. We are currently in the process of purchasing a property with Ralph James and have been thoroughly impressed with how accommodating and dedicated the whole team have been. Kelly has been completely engaged with us throughout and has demonstrated outstanding service. She clearly loves her job!

Currently going through the purchase of my first property with Ralph James, and they have been nothing short of excellent in helping me with the various questions I've had. Big shout out to Tom and Ollie for the support they have been giving along the way, and have been very efficient in getting me the answers I've been looking for as well as extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely would come to Ralph James again for the future!

Absolutely phenomenal team at RJ in Banstead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We have used RJ twice now for house sales and in both experiences, they provided a fantastic service. Their marketing, in particular, their social media is second to none, they have a young, dynamic and forward-thinking team of really personable, lovely people. Kelly and Tom at the Banstead office in particular are top of their game. There was a big chain in our house sale and Kelly was always in communications with us, our buyers and our onward Agent, to constantly keep things transparent and open. They always gave great advice too, and I would not think twice about using them. If we need to use an Estate Agent again (although I'm hoping not for a long time!) then we will be straight back to RJ.

I am currently buying through Ralph James, the team (Kelly, Oliver and Tom) are professional, honest, very helpful individual and have excellent communication skills. During viewing, Oliver was very patient and answered our questions. I mostly deal with Kelly over the phone and she has been nothing but amazing! Best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with at least 5 of them on we the years.

Our chain was very problematic but we always received prompt and professional advice which concluded in the sale of our property and the purchase of our forever home….

I have been looking at moving towards Banstead recently. On my way round all of the local estate agents I visited Ralph James. I was instantly greeted by Kelly who took time to discuss my options and potential new properties that are coming to the market. Subsequently I have booked 2 viewings for the up and coming weekend.

We were shown around a property by lovely Ollie. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the house and was able to answer all our questions in detail. We really warmed to Ollie and he has a lovely energy.
If we were selling our property in his area we would be very confident in him selling it for us. Currently we are in contract with another agent to sell our home but if we have no joy then we will most definitely be in touch with our local Ralph James Estate Agent, based on our experience with Ollie as their representative.
