What an amazing team - so professional and true to their word. My house was sold within a week from going on line and we got well over what we was expecting. I would like to say a special thanks firstly to Tom for your continued support, positive mind set and all round just being the estate agent that everyone needs. The photos of our house were amazing to say the least and the social media video was like nothing I've ever seen before .....WOW!! Then i would also love to give a special mention to Kelly who spent a whole Saturday at our house to sell it - nothing was ever too much trouble. I would never use another group of people to buy and sell with as I've done both this time with Ralph James.We are now in the progress of selecting new kitchens for our new home and they will both be first on the list for the grand opening ( house warming ). In the past I've never had much to do with estate agents, feel like they are there just to do a job, however these two become more like friends that you can call on any time of the day ......OR night for anything. I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating.
I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient.
Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question.
I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!

Absolutely phenomenal team at RJ in Banstead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We have used RJ twice now for house sales and in both experiences, they provided a fantastic service. Their marketing, in particular, their social media is second to none, they have a young, dynamic and forward-thinking team of really personable, lovely people. Kelly and Tom at the Banstead office in particular are top of their game. There was a big chain in our house sale and Kelly was always in communications with us, our buyers and our onward Agent, to constantly keep things transparent and open. They always gave great advice too, and I would not think twice about using them. If we need to use an Estate Agent again (although I'm hoping not for a long time!) then we will be straight back to RJ.

I am currently buying through Ralph James, the team (Kelly, Oliver and Tom) are professional, honest, very helpful individual and have excellent communication skills. If we were selling our property in his area we would be very confident in him selling it for us. We used Ralph James to sell our home and it was a tough process as it was right at the start of the mortgage crisis so it was hard to find a buyer and then twice the buyer's buyers dropped out. Kelly was extremely helpful, always trying to keep all parties coordinated and helping with difficult issues between the solicitors. Kelly, Luke and the team helped my mum relocate from her Kenley home of 33 years to a smaller house in Banstead. Having helped mum in securing the new purchase, the team at Lancasters/Ralph James set about finding a suitable buyer for her Kenley home, which they achieved in a few short weeks, before successfully and professionally shepherding the entire conveyancing process to a successful completion. As impressive as their total professionalism throughout undoubtably was, their level of compassion in every dealing they had with my mum - who was understandably nervous about such an important move - was wonderful to witness, and incredibly rare to find in this profession. I honestly cannot recommend Lancasters/Ralph James highly enough. Bravo, team!

Luke & Kelly at Lancaster (now rebranded Ralph James) made our sale and purchase a delight. They really went above and beyond and gave the transaction a personal touch. We could always ring, email or what’s app and have a response within minutes. I believe our buyer also appreciated having an agent they could get hold of and progress the chain as quickly as possible. I would happily recommend and look forward to doing business with them again.
