Ralph James have provided an efficient fair service throughout my sale. Dan provided excellent feedback on how best to market my flat and made the correct call on the valuation that would ensure a speedy sale (very important when your flat is vacant and you are paying a mortgage). Adam the sales manager has kept me informed throughout the sticky process of selling a leasehold and got it all over the line as soon as we were all ready to exchange. Ralph James have been absolutely brilliant with our sale from start to finish. Daniel and his team guided us through of what to expect, no hard pushes and listened to what we were looking for. The day the property went on the market to the day of offer all done within two weeks! Highly recommend to anyone.

We bought our house through Ralph James 5 years ago and we have recently just sold it through them as a discrete sale, off market. Ralph James manage to balance professionalism and being personable seamlessly.
We wanted to sell quickly in order to secure our next home. From the point of Valuation, Daniel was invested in helping us to sell the house. He knew the area so well that he already had clients in mind to invite to view and he suggested we go ahead with viewings off market to gauge interest. We held one open morning and we got 4 offers!
The rest is history! Thanks so much for everything, Ralph James and esp Daniel, we couldn't recommend you highly enough.

We have been so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Ralph James have shown. From the moment we enquired about properties to view to liaising through the offering stage, we have been so impressed. A big shout out to Adam whose communication has been particularly appreciated. He's transparent, informative and talks you through every stage. He showed genuine happiness when our offer was accepted. Oliver and AJ are also great assets to the team, they gave great viewings. They're personable, warm and really know their stuff! All in all, so impressed with Ralph James and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
