We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ralph James.
From the moment we put our house on the market, Nikki, Orla and Jasmine from the Reigate office were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, we never found ourselves chasing for updates or wondering what was happening. They were always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making everything feel effortless.
Within just two weeks, they had secured two excellent offers, and our house sold incredibly quickly. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like just another client being moved through a process. We felt genuinely supported by a team of real people who cared about getting the best outcome for us.
The RJ team made it feel (what could have been a very stressful experience) smooth, straightforward and surprisingly easy. We would recommend Ralph James without hesitation.

Both as estate and managing agents, Ralph James have been, and remain pretty impressive. Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus.

I would recommend Ralph James, having recently sold my flat in Reigate with them. The team was persistent in finding a buyer, and the support provided by Charlie throughout the sale was really helpful in keeping things moving and ensuring a successful completion.

Very disappointed in an agent I thought was professional. Made an online enquiry with a question and to view about a rental and filled out forms. Heard nothing for 3 days so called and told they will get back to me alas a day later no so called again and got the same response. 2 days later I phoned again as it is still advertised and I had still not heard - Sam said the same thing to me and that was a week ago. I now see that the let has been agreed on the website. Disgusting customer service and based on this my daughter who is selling her 4 bedroom house is not going to use them for her sale!!
22/5/2026. I have increased the rating a bit as I very quickly received a call apologising for the way things were handled after this review. Pity the rental staff could not have done the same thing originally - just so I knew where I stood as rental searching takes hours of looking, applying etc and then further hours of chasing up on promises. This has restored some of my confidence in Ralph James. I will update as my rental journey continues. Thanks for the call back
