We made a brilliant choice selling our house with Ralph James. Right from the start Tom gave fantastic advice about the market and pricing, and then Liv was brilliant at being very proactive and focussed in bringing in interested buyers. Everyone who came around was a really genuine sale opportunity, rather than just bringing people for the sake of it.
The marketing done on our house was absolutely fantastic and truly captured the love we had for the cottage, in a way that estate agent marketing often does not.
What really set Ralph James apart though, is how hard Liv and Tom worked for us throughout the process after offers were accepted, which was so valuable in a long chain.

We recently sold our house through Ralph James and Olivia and Tom were great. They kept us informed throughout the process and were knowledgeable and calm - which was needed during stressful moments. Olivia especially was very reassuring and friendly and I would highly recommend.

My wife and I would like to thank Kelly and the team at Ralph James for their fantastic support in buying our property through them.
This was by no means and easy purchase with a lot of obstacles let alone a rather unhelpful solicitor but with the help and support of Kelly we managed to get this pushed through.
