We recently used Ralph James for the sale of our house. Ralph James were great at supporting us through what can be a very challenging process. They were able to offer really great advice and were able to get plenty of interest in our house which meant we were able to sell our property really quickly and for the price we wanted. Ralph James helped us at each stage of the selling process to help us get our dream house. I would definitely recommend using Ralph James, Nicky and the team were amazing and I would definitely sell my property through them again!

Terrible experience, didn’t have one viewing. Had weekly calls but nothing was actioned, considering they charge more than other agents service was shocking. Their only action plan was to lower my property price!

We have just sold our property with Ralph James Redhill and are very happy with the service we received.
We had bad news with the chain collapsing first time round but Orla was great at getting lots of viewings running again. Dan held our hand through the whole process and was always there to answer any questions we had.
Would recommend Ralph James to anyone looking to sell their property.

I had been recommended to use Ralph James, and very glad that I did. The whole team came to the house as it went on the market so that they were all familiar with the house, layout, location etc which we were really impressed with. All of the team are great, dynamic and forward thinking, but we would have to single out Orla. She went above and beyond any experience we have had with an agent before. Orla was accessible, so friendly and professional, she thought of, and actioned everything, she never needed prompting or asking and she made us feel as if we were important and valued. At no time were we left uncertain about how the sale was progressing, and she checked in with us regularly. Orla is a true asset to the company and a great advert for Ralph James who are so refreshing in their different approach to selling homes. We wish her continued success, she deserves it, and so do Ralph James.

We’ve had a great experience so far with Ralph James. Sam was very efficient and accommodating in arranging a viewing of the property and making arrangements for moving in. Samantha who showed me around was very friendly and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Sam was always contactable and made the whole process stress free!
Upon moving in Sam was superb in helping me out, going above and beyond to make sure any issues were sorted promptly which was very much appreciated.
