I had an extremely disappointing and insensitive experience with Redbrick Estate Agency. A member of staff called to confirm whether I would be attending a viewing, and I explained that I would not be attending because I was at a funeral at that very moment. Despite making this very clear, they proceeded to ask if I would be free later after the funeral.
I ended the call, yet they continued to ring repeatedly while I was literally trying to bury a family member. The lack of basic human decency and awareness shown in that moment was honestly shocking.
Behaviour like this is completely unacceptable and the staff member involved should be formally reported and spoken to by management. No one should be harassed with repeated calls during such a sensitive and distressing time. Redbrick seriously need to review how their staff communicate with people and show a basic level of respect and empathy.... Read more
