After selling our property in 2 days flat, my first experience of buying and selling a house got off to an amazing start! Unfortunately it didn't stay that way but that was not Redbrik's fault!<br>Due to my husband having Alzheimers, I was on my own with all the paperwork and everything else that goes with house sales.<br>From Hannah to start me off, Holly took over and I have to say that Holly was there for me through the thick and thin, the tears and the laughter of the eight months it took to finally complete the sale.<br>Redbrik we're all very helpful and supportive throughout my long experience especially Holly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone

It was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make, dealing with the sale of my parents home. From start to finish all staff dealing with the sale was very kind empathetic as they knew how difficult it was. The house sold within a few days of it going on the market and the whole process was done within a month having the package deal where we use banner jones through red brick ran very smoothly.

Louise Jones at Redbrik has been absolutely outstanding. From offer to completion took less than 2 months. She made selling our property through Redbrik so much less stressful. It was a joy to work with her.<br><br>She pretty much handled all the communication with our and the buyer's solicitors and kept me informed at all stages.<br><br>She liaised with our buyer on our behalf and dealt with any queries in a matter of minutes. Her communication was excellent and she is a credit to Redbrik. I have never experienced such professionalism, promptness and complete dedication as I have with Louise.<br><br>She is also a really lovely person and was a joy throughout the sale of our house.<br><br>Thank you Redbrik, and Louise in particular. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Great experience from start to finish, the app is really useful and great to see all your viewings, feedback and offers in one place. The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.
