Altaf managed the sale of my house very professionally. He was very helpful throughout the process. He is very humble and extremely personable. This is not the first time doing business with Redcastle (Altaf) - and his services are consistent. He does not rush. Redcastle will go places with a bit more publicity. Redcastle is an professional sales & Lettings agent in east London. I am a landlord and have had the pleasure with working with Altaf who is now fully managing my property from tenancy through to monthly rent collection and payment. Altaf is both experienced & knowledgeable on all matters of tenancy and council rules & regulations which landlords need to comply with. I contacted Altaf at Redcastle Residentials for a house I wanted to put on rent. From the moment I spoke to Altaf until the new tenants went into the House, Altaf was very professional and helpful. He went beyond what I asked for and gave me complete peace of mind. He literally just took care of everything and delivered exactly what he said. I will surely be using Redcastle Residentials again in the future and would say if you are looking for a good reliable agency with a very personal touch, then this is the company for you. He told me each step of the way, what was happening, how many viewings I had and vetted any potential tenant thoroughly.
