A very lovely and helpful agency! As a tenant who was seeking a property to rent, they took the time to help me and were very polite and trustworthy. Haroon especially was great, was quick to respond whenever I had any questions and he went above and beyond, cannot thank him enough. Absolutely diabolical company, gave them a property to manage and apart from collecting their fees they did nothing else, in 4 years never visited the property and allowed it to fall into disrepair! Tenants are sick of dealing with them too. They don't reply back to either calls or emails, Haroon Raja is a disaster to deal with. Dishonest, unprofessional and utterly disgusting attitude. I do not recommend this company to any potential landlord. I am pretty certain that most of the positive reviews here are fake, there seems to be a pattern that every time someone leaves them an honest critical review they follow it with a flurry of positive ones.... When enquiring about a three bedroom to rent for our family (two parents one child) we were asked/interrogated as to why we would require a three bedroom and told that we “have a small family”, this was then followed by asking if we were going to rent it to someone else. This was within two minutes in the phone. I don’t much like being accused of subletting nor do I feel that being told that we can’t make decisions about how many bedrooms we would like for our family. The agent handling the call was outright rude and accusing us without any basis. Avoid this business at all costs.... Read more

This branch managed to find out my personal information (never had anything to do with this agency) and put my name down under a wrong property address! I started getting council and COURT letters regarding the council tax bills for that property which caused me a mental distress as I had no clue how to stop this error. When I asked them to explain where they got my personal details from, they had no clue. It's a personal data breach and very unprofessional of them. Be careful with this lot and choose some other agency if you can.... Read more

Worst agency i've ever dealt in my London life. They are fraud and liars only eyeing on tenant & landlord money. They do not able to keep their words. Forcefully take cash from tenant don't raised invoice for that money. They forced tenant to live in poor condition. last 12 we had horrific experience with them.As contract they promised our flat will be fully furnished and refurbished when we moved we have not find anything as commitment. We did not enjoy a single day in this flat. It is also very unfair, illegal and morally very low to take others money without doing the work and yes this review belongs to managing agency. One side you guys scam and other side deny it. They bullying and harassed tenant by their contractor people. Continuously give distress those living in their property.
