I hate when Agency take advantage of tenants when they have power. I bought a gate fob for £60. When it stopped working apparently because it was too old, the only option was to pay another £60 for a new gate fob. I paid £120 all together for gate fob. Daylight robbery. This Business owner knows that customers rely on this Fob to access their property, therefore he takes advantage of their weakness by increasing the price extremely high.... Read more

Lynn has provided such great help during our house buying process, from meeting all our needs with selecting the right property for us, to helping us reach the completion process. She and the team have been extremely patient and have gone above and beyond helping us secure our property. Lynn has rang and emailed our solicitors for us when we have not been able to chase them as well as managing expectations of the buyer during this process and busy seasonal period not all the agent will do this for you. She made sure that she liase between both seller and buyer to make sure a quick completion takes place. I had her direct mobile number and email which made it a lot easy to communicate. Worst estate agent ever. I booked in an appointment to meet the "sales manager" Lynn at a property. (One bed in Princess Alice Way) The lady didn't even show up, didn't contact me and made up excuses. She didn't even apologies for not showing up. If you are a vendor trying to sell your property I would not recommend, they have no interest in finding buyers.... Read more
