Surprised to see poor reviews for this estate agents. We have been renting from them for 6 years & have always found them polite, helpful & responsive. We have had the usual problems with our place that you would get in any old house & they have always been fixed in good time. To give you an example, we reported 1 day that our boiler was dripping red fluid onto the counter top - from the point of reporting it, someone coming out to take a look, condemning the boiler, replacing the boiler and necessary radiator valves around the property....less than 2 working days. I know a condemned boiler/boiler leaking fluid is serious so some people could argue that this is service you would expect..I can assure you that you would be hard pushed to get it.

Only been renting from Redwood for a month, and required 2 repairs. Have to say that they have dealt with extremely quickly and with very little hassle. We moved on from Leaders because of genuinely terrible service, but so far we are more than happy with Redwood :)
