Not had the greatest experience. The beginning was great, the referencing process went smoothly and they were lovely at first however the issue started rolling in when we moved in. We were told some of the furniture came with the flat we moved in to, when we got there that was not the case. It turns out there was an issue with inventory and they promised to rectify it by buying us the promised furniture. We are still waiting for this however this could also be due to us taking our time picking out what we want. The first issue that arose was on the night I moved in. I was promised parking with the place, and was told that all I had to do was register the car with concierge. Concierge took their time giving me the parking sticker and placing me on the register (this is another issue i will cover later) and yet the next morning I woke up to a £60 fine. I made B&H aware who promised I'll get it cancelled once I appealed it. I appealed it with all the information that one of their agents told me to add and still the appeal was rejected, and if i wanted to appeal it again the fine would go up to £100. When I pointed out to the agency that this was through no fault of my own, I was blamed for not "placing a paper on my windscreen explaining that I was waiting for concierge to give me a parking sticker." Been renting with parking in these kind of establishments for over 7 years, never heard anything so ridiculous. Due to the concierge not placing me on the register as requested, I was stuck outside the car park at 11 Pm after I had been out for work since 7 am. I rang "emergency" security EIGHTY-SIX times and they did not pick up, but luckily someone came out the car park so I was able to go in. The few times I have spoken to security they have been extremely rude, which I have complained about and nothing. The £60 fine has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth, they didn't even offer to contribute towards it or even waiver some fees eg the gym sign up fee. I have also complained about the bathroom (which is mouldy) because it has no ventilation and the toilet water continuously runs, and nothing. There has now been a massive leak which I blame on their incompetence to act quicker. Just a pain overal, if I had known about these issues that I was going to face in a new-build (open since 2022) I would have gone somewhere else, especially for that price.... Read more

UPDATE 15/09/23 - ALL ISSUES FIXED After 2 months of having moved in to this apartment, B&H have finally sorted all the issues. (This involved replacing the toilet in it's entirety). Today Joyce has asked me to remove my review. In light of the events that transpired from the day of our moving in, I have taken the executive decision to update rather than remove so that in the future others can get an accurate representation. UPDATE 15/08/23 Day 32 of being plagued by engineer hiring decisions made by Benham & Reeves. The new engineers have just found out that the toilet lid bought by "Back to Back" is in fact too short. I was aware that as a company they were incompetent, however I did not think that someone could be THIS incompetent. I am genuinely IMPRESSED, I did not think it was possible! UPDATE 14/08/23 Nearly a month after moving in, the toilet flush lid, and lights in the kitchen are still broken. This is due to Joyce Z at Benham & Reeves contracting "Back to Back" to sort out these issues. Unfortunately, the "engineer" from back to back is rude, and has a terrible attitude. Despite the first engineer being told to leave behind the flush lid for the next engineer to sort it out, he did not. He then proceeded to blame everybody else (childlike behaviour). Moved into a place operated by Benham & Reeves in North Greenwich. We moved in 2 weeks after the contractual date. Upon on moving in we quickly realised that there were plenty of things that required to be fixed in the property. 1. Bedroom window stuck in place, unable to be closed properly - this has been fixed a week later but the window is still sketchy. 2. None of the windows were cleaned, and are filthy. A professional clean should be part of the end of tenancy ancillary. However, with Benham & Reeves - a quick hoover is all that's provided. 3. The toilet flush was broken, and it took their "engineers" 2 days to fix. To this day - we STILL do not have a lid for the WC tank. I'm not sure how B&H review basic necessities? 4. 3/5 recess lights in bathroom broken, 3/5 recess lights in kitchen broken. I fixed the bathroom lights myself as there was barely any light in there... 5. Broken living room light. Doesn't help that the socket connector is G22. These are very unpopular, and you can't get alexa or even LED lights with them. 6. Trim between kitchen tiles and living room broken. (fixed a week later). 7. We took the property "unfurnished", however the previous tenants left behind a massive shelf that we asked to be removed on inspection. We now have had to incorporate this shelf to our new furniture... I find it rather insulting that: 1. B&H did not think to inspect the property properly to identify these faults. We were able to pick up on it as soon as we moved in. 2. Represent the property as "unfurnished" when it was in fact part furnished. 3. Have yet to resolve all of the above - now in week 4 after the contractual move in date. The quality of engineers used by B&H is questionable. It took 2 "engineers" 3 days to fix the flush button on a WC. AND we've yet to get a new lid for it?... Read more
