I have been very impressed by the service we received from Ravina in the Woolwich Branch. She was always available and was chasing the solicitors regularly. This was more complicated because it was a repossession property we were buying and so there were three parties involved. She kept us informed and we couldn't have asked more.

Keely Wesley our property manager was incredibly polite dealing with a bit extremely situation of mine.Actually she responded and still responding to my enquiries quite quick and absolutely on time as always.

Do not use the broker in this branch. After going through our payslips, bank statements etc... she said we could get a mortgage for £249,000. She took ages to do the Decision in Principle, then after a week came back with a figure of £205,000. How you can you get a figure that wrong. She was very nice but completely incompetent. In the meantime, I put in an offer on a flat and was devastated that I can no longer continue. Luckily another broker sorted out the mess and did a Aggrement in Principle in two minutes on the phone.

I understand quotes can go down but this was a massive decrease and a huge mess up from Mann. What a waste of time for us and also their own staff.
