I am very very pleased with Ravina my agent from Mann countrywide in helping purchase my 1st home. I was looking at a property in a particular development and Ravina was intrumental in pursuing the seller for 3 months and then letting me have the 1st viewing as promised which is a rarity with most estate agents. I purchased an investment property through Ravina at Mann estate agent. She was there all through even though the puchase process took a while (due to the seller) by giving regular updates. She was very professional, able to answer all questions and was ready to provide additional assistance by referring me to their letting department once the purchase was completed and mortgage advice at the early stage. The most amazing thing was that she dropped the keys to me on completion day as the seller did not get this across to her at a good time. I will recommend Ravina and Mann estate agent.

Bairstow Eves Countrywide - Maidstone

Very positive experience, bought a house through them which completed in September. Was a more complex purchase than average and took a long time for various reasons throughout a long chain. The team at Bairstow Eves kept on the case for us and went, in our opinion above the call of duty at times and kept us well informed. Lewis in particular (as he was our point of contact) was always very helpful and always got back to us even when there was nothing to tell, but I would rate the team in general as when Lewis was unavailable someone would always help - including the branch manager.
