We had a great experience finding an apartment with this company. Since the beginning Jeffrey was extremely helpful with all of our doubts and guiding us during the process. However, after living in the apartment we encountered a problem with the power in our apartment. The power goes out every time we cook, we submitted an order three weeks ago and when we called the electrician he told us that he hasn't received any work order. We have lost weeks of works from our computers. They are impossible to contact.

I would just like to say thank you to Silva for all the help he gave me and my partner when we were looking to rent. He gave us so much time and information and really helped us with our decision making. Mann and Co. estate agents in Chessington recently handled the sale of our family home of 35 years, as well as the purchase of Mum’s new home. From the very outset, Zoe and the team at Mann and Co. were professional, reliable and supportive. They were open and transparent through the whole process, extremely patient, taking the time to explain every step along the way and were sympathetic to Mum’s needs. The process on their side was quick and efficient, they marketed the property well and were able to sell within a day at asking price. They then handled Mum’s purchase with the same diligence and quality of service, really listening to what she wanted from her new home and helping to find her the perfect property. Despite complications with the sale on the solicitors side, the team at Mann and Co. didn’t once falter and went above and beyond to ensure the sales moved forwards, managing the comms between everyone involved and often stepping in where the solicitors were failing. I cannot recommend Zoe, Kim and Akil enough.

I would highly recommend Mann and Co estate agents in Chessington. This was my first experience of a house move for 34 years but I needed to down size. I was apprehensive and completely dazed by the thought of all the changes. Zoe in her professional and friendly way was able to give me the information I needed, guide me, support me. I felt empowered. My house was valued and marketed well and consequently sold on the first day of viewings. Unfortunately, due to a boundary issue regarding my property the sale was held up. During this stressful period the team at Mann were always, without exception, ready to share their knowledge and were so helpful in so many ways. Due to their professional mediation skills my buyer and the owner of my purchase property waited while the problem was resolved.
Zoe, Kim and Akil thank you for my positive experience. Even until the end when I was waiting for my keys to the new property you looked after my dog while I went to the cafe for lunch.
