If you are struggling to sell your home, be it lack of qualified viewings, viewings without any substantial offers, current/previous agents not getting any traction, or any other reason, pick up the phone to Zach and the team at Rezide.
We had what we thought was a nice detached home in a nice area, but struggled to sell through two previous agents and 7 months on the market. Within 3 weeks of going live with Rezide, we were sold. Zach was outstanding, his ability to listen and understand our specific needs, market our property to the highest standards, and engage with prospect buyers was phenomenal.

Rezide in Barrow upon Soar is the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when selling a property, and this was my 6th house sale. From valuation to completion, every member of their team provided a stellar service. The photographs and brochure produced for my house were first-rate. My sale proved a bit tricky due to problems at the bottom of the chain, and with a less engaged estate agent it may not have gone to completion. If you want to sell in a timely manner, for a good price, and receive the highest level of service from start to finish, then I would recommend engaging Rezide. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Zac went over and above what I would have expected your average estate agent to do. Zac and his team are not your average estate agents
The whole team were extremely professional, returned calls almost immediately. Unlike lots of estate agents Zac gave me different options in order to sell my house and I chose to do an open house with Zac showing potential buyers around the house while we were out.
He took exceptional photos himself too (so no third party) and also helped to prepare the house for photos by helping to move household items etc.
Once he’d uploaded the photos he emailed them to me to view ( outside of office hours and well into the evening ).
The whole team were friendly and approachable. They explained the sale process and kept me well informed at all times. They always got back to me immediately when ever I had any queries.
First class estate agents who I whole heartedly recommend them to sell your home.

I sold myalfouse early last year through Rezide Group. Zac and his staff were able to put me in contact with 2 potential buyers after he had taken promotional pictures of the house and a potential sale was agreed without the need to put 'For Sale' boards up.
The process took a while after, due to the chain below (beyond the control of Rezide) but at every turn Zac's staff could not have been more helpful and reassuring, chasing up solicitors and purchasers on my behalf. Absolutely awful experience with this estate agency, a family member had put in an offer for a property that Rezide group had advertised, The offer was above the asking price, had no response from any employees, continuous chasing from our end just to be told " we don't have a response yet" for the past 3 weeks and now to be told your offer has been rejected but "we don't have a reason why". We first met Zac as purchasers, he was so great at listening to what we wanted and helping us to view the property with our needs in mind we knew when it can to our sale we wanted to pay the small premium for that service. Rezide were head and shoulders above all other agents we met with on our hunt for the right house and ultimately that’s the experience you want your potential buyers to have.
We were not disappointed, he gave us great advice and kept us well informed throughout the process. We sold for well over asking as a result of his excellent management of the process. The follow up service throughout the legal bit was also excellent with Sarah giving us regular updates. To the point Zac found our movers when all the local companies were booked up!

I came across Rezide when I initially viewed a property through them (I was already on the market with another leading Leicester agent). Generally speaking, follow up calls from estate agents are varied and tend to be an automated process. Rezide - after giving me time to view the property called me directly to get my feedback. Zac was very smooth and clearly a pro that he even had me considering putting an offer in! His pro-active approach and their booking process left us with a very positive experience of how Rezide operate.
Whilst I was already on the market with a different agency - both my husband and I were incredibly disappointed with them. I won’t go into the details however when looking for a new agency to partner with, we both remembered Rezide.
I simply can’t fault them. They listen. They advise. They actually follow up. They talk to you.
Their onboarding is quick and seamless. Their photos and videos (with drone footage) are slick.
People who viewed my property via Rezide also gave positive feedback about the booking process (I had nothing but complaints from viewers about my previous agents).
They try their utmost hardest to get feedback and will always pre-qualify viewings.
Finally - their after sales team, process and general client management is probably one of the best I have come across in this industry.
To summarise - I would highly recommend using Rezide and will 100% use them myself for my next property.

I write this as a home buyer, not a seller. During our purchase of our new home I found the team at REZIDE in Barrow upon Soar to be always prepared to go that extra mile to help in whatever way they could. Extra viewings for our builders and heating engineer; finding missing keys and even sorting out closing meter readings; nothing seemed too much trouble and I can't thank them enough for making our purchase experience a pleasant one......and not many can say that about estate agents!
