I cannot say enough for this agent. I dealt with Ray and his colleagues in sales. When the property was slow to generate interest, he took on two extra agencies at no extra cost to me, negotiating with them and trouble shooting when the behaviour of one fell below standard. He even took the initiative to retrieve my key from one agency. I found Ray and his colleagues to be upright, humorous, straightforward and easy to deal with. They were supportive through the stressful process of selling and informative. He was clear about fairness to the seller as well as the buyer. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family as well as to anyone else who wants helpfulness and integrity in an estate agent.
