Paulo Nurmamade the Property consultant was extremely unhelpful with us. They made the tenant show us the property without actually agreeing any of this with them! Paulo was an extremely efficient and diligent agent who as helped me during my research for a house to rent. I was in need to move to the new flat in few days and Paulo managed to secure all the documents in such a short time span. Even if the agency was not supposed to manage the property, I was always able to rely on Paulo's help - for example, when I found myself locked into the bin-room at night and I could contact him via phone. I felt very reassured during all my tenancy as well as after it ended, when I found myself looking for another flat and I could contact Paulo via a simple SMS.
