Quite frankly if you can’t respond to the landlord about work being done on the house which is very unprofessional then seriously I don’t see why should they still be employed by the landlord getting beyond the joke, rather deal with the clowns at the circus... Read more

Bunch of rectums involved in illegally renting commercial properties as residential without appropriate use class permssions. They will lie to you about everything. Hid the fact that they themselves were the landlords of the property they were posing to be agents of. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FIRST - BEFORE YOU PAY THESE IDIOTS ANYTHING.... After spending months trying to rent my property, Daniel assisted me in finding not only a buyer, he also found my son in law a new Landlord for one of his flats. 10 out of 10 for these guys. AVOID. From my experience one of the worse estate agents I've ever had to deal with. It's a small team but with very poor communication. They are basically used car salesmen who tell you one thing before you sign and promise this and that will get done but once you sign with them that's it, you're on your own. They don't show you any aftercare and seem to tell you different things which effect when you get your deposit back. Most properties they had on offer are being offered by other estate agents too. I suggest searching for them and avoiding these guys. Moving is a stressful time and not dealing with these guys will make it 10 times better.... Read more
