Having booked many viewings in the area I can say that Andrea was the best estate agent we dealt with. Very friendly, very professional and came back to us quickly.
Nearly everyone else was rude. Too busy to book any more viewings - which was odd as we are cash buyers!!
If I was selling a property I would instruct Sass & Co.

Have recently used Sass and Co to sell our parents house and have to say it was a really good experience from start to finish. Due to the economic climate and usual times we are in, I thought it would be a difficult time to sell , but ( Sass) Andrea attracted lots of potetential buyers and we had a steady stream of viewings prior to eventually selling the property.
Sass used the latest technology re virtual viewing as well as the very personal touch which is so important when the actual viewing takes place . Andrea is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process , which in itself is so reassuring .
I have recently had dealings with other local Estate Agents and have to say Sass and Co were head and shoulders above them in every aspect of the sale and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Sass and Co .I had lots and lots of viewings and accepted an offer after only a few months. . However things on my buyers side did not run smoothly , and the chain fell over . It took less than a day for a new for sale sign to go up and to be reinstated on rightmove . And only two days before I had a new buyer . In the end I sold to the original buyer . Throughout the whole process Andrea was always available or promptly replied , totally professional, incredibly helpful ; sorting out surveyor , solicitor and mediating with all parties on my behalf .
