When the letting agent tells you that these is a lot of interest in a property, and arranges an opening viewing from 10:00 to 11:30 ... but doesn't arrive at the property before 10:30 ... it speaks volumes for professionalism of the office because no one bothered to contact us to give a reason for the delay. I can only imagine what type of tenancy we would have because the office isn't often manned. What do you do in an emergency?... Read more

Terrible landlords. Never return calls and when you do get hold of them they dont act on requests. Had a broken hot tap in my bathroom for 3 YEAR'S now. And no light in the living room for 7 months. 'Incompetent' best deacribes there there staff. Avoid if possible but with so little housing on the market and them being the Greenwich estate contractors, they're hard to avoid if renting locally, but still best avoided.... Read more
